Hotels & Accommodation
Turnkey fire suppression for hotels, dormitories and accommodation facilities
Overview
Following the Kartalkaya disaster, fire-safety inspections of accommodation facilities tightened sharply. A hotel fire suppression system requires running sprinklers, automatic detection, kitchen hood suppression, fire hose cabinets and escape planning as an integrated whole. A-Pro delivers engineering, fire-department approval, installation and commissioning under one roof and secures your facility's BYKHY conformity report. We start with a free site survey in Ankara and surrounding provinces.
How it works
Sprinkler Requirement
Water suppression is mandatory in hotels with more than 100 rooms OR more than 200 beds OR over 21.50 m height (Article 96).
Automatic Detection & Alarm
Addressable automatic detection and voice alarm are mandatory in accommodation above 6.50 m height or 1,000 m² (Annex-7).
Kitchen Hood Suppression
Wet-chemical hood suppression is mandatory in commercial kitchens serving more than 100 people (Article 57).
Hose Cabinets & Hydrants
Response infrastructure with floor hose cabinets, an external hydrant line and fire-brigade inlet connection.
Escape & Wayfinding
Safe escape routes planned with emergency lighting, signage, smoke ventilation and stair pressurization.
Conformity Report
Inspection of the existing system, gap analysis and the revision project required for the BYKHY conformity report.

Frequently asked questions
Is a sprinkler mandatory for my hotel?+
Sprinklers are mandatory in hotels with more than 100 rooms, more than 200 beds, or above 21.50 m height (Article 96). Facilities below these thresholds may still require automatic detection and kitchen suppression.
What is the deadline for accommodation facilities?+
Accommodation facilities found non-compliant must obtain a fire-conformity report by 31 May 2026 (the general deadline for all buildings is 31 December 2025).
What drives the cost of a hotel fire suppression system?+
It depends on room count, floor area, height, kitchen capacity and existing infrastructure. A clear quote and schedule are shared after a free survey.
Can sprinklers be retrofitted to my existing hotel?+
Yes. Sprinklers and detection can be added to existing buildings with a phased installation and revision project that minimizes disruption to operations.
When is kitchen hood suppression mandatory?+
Wet-chemical hood suppression is mandatory in commercial kitchens serving more than 100 people (Article 57).
