1. Data Controller

2. What data we collect

We only process the data you voluntarily provide and basic technical data:

• Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone, system of interest and your message.
• Technical/analytics data: anonymised usage statistics via Google Analytics (see §7).

3. Purpose of processing

• To respond to your quote/site-survey request and communicate with you.
• To carry out pre-contractual and contractual engineering/commercial processes.
• To fulfil our legal record-keeping obligations and improve our services.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies on KVKK Art. 5: your explicit consent given when submitting the form, the necessity of processing for the establishment/performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to and following up on your enquiry.

5. Transfer & sharing

Your data is not sold. It may be processed by our service providers acting as data processors solely to operate the website and deliver messages — form delivery via Formspree and analytics via Google — and disclosed to competent authorities where legally required.

6. Retention

Contact records are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and for the legal limitation periods thereafter, then deleted or anonymised.

7. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymised site usage. You can block cookies via your browser settings; this does not affect access to the site.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may request to learn whether your data is processed, obtain information, request correction or deletion, and object to results arising from automated analysis. Send requests to info@a-pro.com.tr; we respond within the statutory period.
