How it works
Sprinkler Requirement
Sprinklers are mandatory in malls, department stores and entertainment venues exceeding 2,000 m² total area (Article 96).
Addressable Detection
Automatic detection is mandatory in retail buildings above 12.50 m height or 2,000 m² (Annex-7).
Fire Compartment
A fire compartment in malls is limited to 2,000 m², supported by smoke curtains and fire dampers.
Kitchen Suppression
Hood suppression is mandatory in food-court commercial kitchens serving 100+ people (Article 57).
