Overview
IG541 (Inergen) is a natural inert suppression gas made of 52% nitrogen, 40% argon and 8% carbon dioxide. It extinguishes fire by lowering ambient oxygen to a fire-stopping level (~12.5%); its CO₂ fraction stimulates human respiration under low oxygen, improving safety in occupied spaces. It leaves no chemical residue and does not harm electronics; its GWP and ODP are zero. A-Pro designs to TS ISO 14520-15 (IG541) and NFPA 2001.
How it works
Natural Gas Blend
Nitrogen, argon and CO₂ are naturally present in the atmosphere; no chemical agent, delivering clean suppression.
Respiration-Supporting CO₂
The 8% CO₂ fraction stimulates hemoglobin oxygen transport under low oxygen, giving a safety margin in occupied spaces.
Zero Environmental Impact
Made of natural components, so global warming (GWP) and ozone depletion (ODP) potential are zero.
Residue-Free & Non-Conductive
Does not harm electronics and needs no post-discharge cleanup.

Central (Total Flooding) System
Architecture that floods the whole room from a high-pressure Inergen cylinder bank; for large data centers and control rooms.
Multi-Zone (Selector Valve) System
A shared cylinder bank protects several rooms via selector valves; shares the cylinder-volume cost of inert gas.
Pressure-Relief Layout
A layout built with a relief damper that balances the pressure created during inert-gas discharge; preserves room integrity.
