Sprinkler Systems
Automatic sprinkler systems for commercial and public buildings
Overview
The sprinkler is the most widely used water-based system, automatically suppressing or controlling fire at its point of origin. A-Pro designs hydraulic calculations, pipe sizing and sprinkler layout by hazard class per TS EN 12845 and NFPA 13.
How it works
Hazard-Class Design
Flow/density calculation by light (LH), ordinary (OH) and high (HHP/HHS) hazard classes.
Automatic Actuation
Heat-activated sprinkler heads operate only in the fire zone, limiting water damage.
Hydraulic Calculation
Pipe sizing and pressure optimized via TS EN 12845 / NFPA 13 hydraulic calculation.
Wet & Dry Alternatives
Dry-pipe systems in freeze-prone areas; wet-pipe systems in normal spaces.
Frequently asked questions
How does a sprinkler system work?+
Each sprinkler head opens at a set temperature and delivers water only to the fire area; not all heads open at once.
Which buildings require it?+
Hotels over 100 rooms/200 beds/21.50 m, malls over 2,000 m², enclosed car parks over 600 m² and non-residential buildings over 30.50 m are key examples (Article 96).
